Problems in general :

Problem - The website does not display as i think it should ?

The website has been built for all browsers but there are some older versions that do not display the site correctly. We suggest you download the latest versions of your preferred browser to get the best results. Also make sure you have the correct version Adobe Flash Player installed.

Problem - I have opened the live page with the player in but nothings happening ?

For the best chances of getting it working we suggest you make sure you have the latest versions of all software installed, including Windows Media Player, Flash Player, your Web Browser and your computer operating system updates. We cannot guarentee this will work but we have generally found this is the best solution.

Problem - I have Joined up but not received a verification email ?

After much research we have confirmed that it is not a problem with our website not sending out the verification emails but with a couple of internet service providers not accepting the emails and therefore not being delivered to your inbox.

It is a known problem with a such ISP's as Bellsouth.net, and Att.net along with a few others. Articles can be found on the web but they have not come up with a solution.

We cannot fix their problem but we can help by confirming your join-up's manually. All we need you to do is send us an email to info@webcast-tv.com after you have joined and realized the problem so we can cross match your email address. We will try to do this for you ASAP if you get stuck.

 

Problems with Live and Archive Webcasts :

Problem - I only see a white box where I think the player should be?

Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of flash. Click 'here' to check what you have. Flash video is fairly new and requires Flash 9 as a minimum. This should not need updating once you see the video working unless you want to stay up to date with the latest features.

 

Problem - The stream has stopped. What has happened ?

If we have to stop the webcast or something happens that prevents us from going live, the player will show up as being 'Off Air'. If the player stops for any other reason, such as, loss of your internet connection, we suggest you first stop, and then try restarting the player. If not try clicking refresh on the player which will refresh the page.

 

Problem - The player says is Live but i cannot see the video ?

Try clicking refresh on the player and if not try downloading the latest version of Adobe Flash player for windows mac or linux. To find out more and download both Adobe Players click 'here'.

 

Problem - I've bought Credit / Pay2view event and gone to watch the Webcast but it still asks me to log in ?

When you are in PayPal please ensure that you return to WebCast-TV using the link at the bottom of the page after purchasing credit or buying a Pay2view webcast. Unless you do, your Account will not be credited with the payments and you will not be able to watch the Pay2view event you have bought. If you have problems please contact support by 'Clicking Here'
