General Questions :
Question - Do I need to download the latest version of Flash?
Answer -
Yes we suggest you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. If your computer or browser does not display the site as expected, then please click 'here' to find out more and download the latest version of Flash Player. Alternatively look at the question below which should help you further.

Question - What is the latest version of Flash Player and what version do I have ?

Question - Can I play the video in my own website ?
Answer - We have made the site totally secure as we are charging for Pay2view events. We do not want to let people view it for free if others have to pay. You can download many button links to our site which you can place on your website so that you can guide viewers to our site to watch the video.
Question - Can I access 'My Account' from any computer, any where at any time ?
Answer - Yes. As long as the computer meets the systems requirements and has internet access, then you can login with your registered e-mail address and password to access your subscription from anywhere at any time.
Question - I would like a new User Name. What do I do ?
Answer - You will need to register as a new user using another email address. From the main menu, select "Join Up " and then create a new WebCast-TV account. Once joined and having replied to the confirmation email sent to you, you can log in to your new WebCast-TV account.
If you still have credit on your previous account, you can click on 'Transfer balance' in 'My Account' where you can request a transfer of your remaining credit to your new account.
Please note: If you create a new account, your WebCast-TV account history cannot be transferred to the new one. We therefore suggest that you take a print out of your account history.
Question - I tried to join with my email address but never got the verification email from WebCast-TV ?
Answer - If you do not receive the email from WebCast-TV containing the link to verify your email it is possible that the email is being blocked by a spam filter. We suggest you check your "Junk Mail" folder for the email or contact your internet service provider to see if they are blocking some emails.
If you still cannot find the email then it is possible it was misspelled and could not get through to you. We suggest you try using an alternative email address and register again.
If you still do not receive your verification email and have tried registering a different email address/username, please fill out the Customer support form to request further help.
Questions about Pay2view Webcasts :
Question - How do I watch a Pay2view event?
Answer - You watch a Pay2view webcast exactly the same way as you watch a Free2view webcast exept you will have to pay first by clicking on the pay now button when prompted and following the instructions.
Question - Is the payment method secure ?
Answer - We use the world-wide-known PayPal payment gateway. See their site for more details. You use PayPal to purchase credit for your WebCast-TV account as well as purchasing the individual webcast you want to watch.
Question - What is the minimum credit I can put on my account ?
Answer - The minimum is $ 10.00 US Dollars.
Question - What is the cost of a Pay2view event ?
Answer - The cost of an event is variable and is set by the Event Organiser.
Question - Once I have payed for the event, can I come back and watch it later ?
Answer - You can purchase the Pay2view webcast before it starts and it will remember that you have already paid, so you can watch it on and off however many time you like during the event.
